Delete your Iskana account
In the app
Open Iskana, go to Profile → Delete account, enter your password and confirm.
What happens
- You are signed out on every device and can no longer sign in.
- Your account details, trips, receipts and their photos, budgets and Iskana Points are deleted straight away. Unused points are lost and cannot be restored.
- Copies may remain in encrypted backups for up to 12 months until those backups are overwritten. Backups are only used to recover from a system failure.
- Grocerwise, which runs the store catalogue, is told to remove the random code on your trips; stores keep only trip statistics that can no longer be linked to you. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Sign in with your Iskana email and password below to delete your account now.
Forgotten your password, or can’t sign in? Email privacy@iskana.app from the address you registered with, and we will delete the account after confirming it is yours.
